With the changes in people's eating habits, frozen food has gradually become popular with the public, the demand for frozen food packaging bags is increasing, and the material requirements for frozen food packaging bags are constantly improving. Next, I will introduce you to frozen food packaging bags. Material classification and advantages:

At present, the frozen food packaging bags on the market can be mainly divided into single-layer packaging bags, composite packaging bags, and multi-layer co-extrusion packaging bags. Among them, single-layer frozen food packaging bags, that is, simple PE bags, have poor barrier effect and are mostly used for vegetable and fruit packaging; composite soft plastics are relatively good in moisture resistance, cold resistance, and puncture resistance; The frozen food packaging bags are produced by melting and extruding raw materials such as PA, PE, PP, PET, EVOH, etc. with different functions, and finally inflation molding and cooling. Excellent properties such as low temperature.

Combining various factors, the most widely used of the three types of frozen food packaging bags is the composite soft plastic type, and such frozen food packaging bags also have many combinations in terms of material structure.

First, PET/PE. This material structure is more common in the packaging of quick-frozen food products and has good moisture resistance, cold resistance, and low-temperature heat-sealing performance, and the production cost is relatively low.

Second, BOPP/PE and BOPP/CPP. The frozen food packaging bags of these two structures have excellent moisture resistance and cold resistance, high low-temperature heat-sealing tensile strength, and good economy. It is worth mentioning that BOPP/PE material has a better feel than PET/PE, which is beneficial to product marketing.

Third, PET/VMPET/CPE, BOPP/VMPET/CPE. The three-layer structure of the packaging bag is more stable and stable than the single-layer and double-layer and has high barrier performance. In addition, the existence of the aluminized layer also has a prominent advantage in printing performance, but compared with the above materials, low-temperature heat The sealing performance is slightly worse and the cost is higher.

Fourth, PA/PE, PET/PA/LLDPE, PET/PA/AL/PE, PA/PE. The structure of these four types of materials is more resistant to freezing and impact, and the PA layer ensures good puncture resistance. The disadvantage is that the production cost is high, and it is generally used for angular or heavy food product packaging.

Frozen foods such as rice balls, seafood processing, ice cream, and other frozen food use multi-layer composite packaging bags with good low-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and puncture resistance. Ice cream is mainly made of OPP/LLDPE, some rice balls are made of OPP/AL/LLDPE, and processed seafood is PET/NY/LLDPE. The color printing of frozen food packaging bags also uses low-temperature resistant inks that can adapt to freezing and freezing environments, ensuring that the patterns remain beautiful in low-temperature environments.
